HR MANAGER - Ploiesti-based
Our Client, international company, market leader in its area of activity, is looking to
strengthening its team through a well-qualified HR Generalist, willing to further develop
and consolidate its track, highly self-motivated to deliver quality results, to fulfill the
position of HR Manager.
In this position you will manage the HR department efficiently.
You will elaborate the HR policy with the purpose of having stable and motivated staff within
In addition, you will develop and control all the HR processes and procedures with the
objective to have the necessary staff at all time.
For this position you are expected to have strong knowledge of employment law and
Labour Code, with minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role in HR in a
multinational organization and previous 5 years experience in a generalist role.
Recruiting experience is a must, as well as well-developed budgeting and numerical
skills, strong organizational skills, a highly proactive and initiative approach, as well as good
capacity for analysis and synthesis.
Your well-developed communication skills (written/spoken/presentation), also in English, are
completed by your strong knowledge of work psychology.
You have ability to work in team, flexibility, detail orientation, creativity and entrepreneurship.
In addition you can be characterized as a person having honesty and integrity towards the
company as well as openness for supporting changes.
You have IT literacy (MS Office, especially Excel) and excellent English knowledge.
